Greg is the founder of De Tolla Law Group. He concentrates his legal practice on estate planning and trust administration. He has extensive experience drafting irrevocable and revocable (living) trusts, special needs trusts, wills, and business succession plans. He and his team work closely with financial planners and and Certified Public Accountants to provide the best possible service to his clients. Prior to starting his own firm, Greg worked at Ferlito Law Group for a number of years perfecting his craft in trusts and estates and has been named a SuperLawyers Rising Star for the last five years. (2020-2024).
Preceding his estate planning experience, Greg was an attorney at a large international defense firm in New York City, where he represented insured property owners, commercial business owners, contractors and municipalities. His litigation experience started at a mid-size defense firm in Smithtown on Long Island. He has practiced in both state and federal courts in New York. His experience allows him to point his clients in the right direction, even if their legal issues are outside his purview.
Attorney Hana Boruchov, a trusted advisor and mighty advocate, earned her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law with a concentration in Corporate Law. She's helped guide both individuals and corporations through the resolution of their federal and state tax controversy matters. A skilled negotiator, she's facilitated the release of levies, liens, suspensions, and has saved her clients millions of dollars in tax, interest and penalties.
She has facilitated the resolution of controversies involving liens, levies, warrants, seizures, penalty abatements, Offers in Compromise, income tax audits, installment agreements, responsible person assessments, trust fund recovery penalties, innocent spouse relief, New York State residency audits, New York State driver's license suspensions, federal passport revocations, New York State sales and use tax audits and voluntary disclosures. Hana has served as Of Counsel to several law firms and corporations, advising on tax compliance and controversy issues.
